We advised the Client (a global cosmetics brand) on their obligations and exit options in relation to their commercial lease for Oxford Street, London property. The Client transferred to us from Deloiitte Legal and we have successfully managed to negotiate the settlement of the issues with the property landlord on Client’s behalf.
